Thai Spicy Beef Soup
A flavorful and spicy one-pot Thai beef soup, perfect for spice lovers and meat enthusiasts.

- 500g beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 liter beef stock
- 2 tablespoons red curry paste
- 200ml coconut milk
- 2 stalks lemongrass, bruised
- 3 kaffir lime leaves
- 1 red chili, sliced
- 100g mushrooms, sliced
- 100g bean sprouts
- Fresh coriander leaves, for garnish
- Lime wedges, for serving
Instrukcje:
- Marinate the beef: In a bowl, combine the beef slices with soy sauce, fish sauce, lime juice, garlic, and ginger. Let it marinate for at least 20 minutes.
- In a large pot, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the red curry paste and sauté for 2 minutes until fragrant.
- Pour in the beef stock and bring to a simmer. Add the lemongrass stalks, kaffir lime leaves, and sliced chili.
- Add the marinated beef to the pot and simmer for 5 minutes until the beef is tender.
- Stir in the coconut milk and mushrooms. Cook for another 5 minutes until the mushrooms are tender.
- Remove the lemongrass and lime leaves from the soup. Add the bean sprouts and cook for 1 minute.
- Serve the soup hot, garnished with fresh coriander leaves and lime wedges on the side.
